Each year, WECode hosts a conference filled with opportunities to learn from pioneering industry leaders, exchange ideas over mentorship circles, and build lasting connections with fellow attendees breaking boundaries in the space.

Past Speakers

From the folks who define WECode

  • "Before the conference, I had applied for a PM internship. At the event, I got the chance to connect in-person with a UKG recruiter. Just two weeks later, I received an offer! If it weren’t for that interaction at WECode, I don’t think I would’ve landed the internship. I’m incredibly grateful that the conference not only gave me a scholarship but also provided a space where I could connect, grow, and take the next big step in my career!"

    — Coral Miniel, WECode ’25 Attendee

  • "It felt like I was revisiting the younger version of myself. I’m a product manager now, but just over five years ago I wasn’t even sure I belonged in tech. Speaking at WECode reminded me of the power of sharing these stories, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to reflect back on what I’ve learned over the past five years."

    — Nancy Wang, WECode ’25 Speaker

  • "I absolutely loved WECode, not only was I able to learn from seasoned professionals in the tech industry, but I was able to connect with brilliant, like-minded women. It means a lot to forge friendships with people from all over the world and the one thing that brought us together was this conference."

    — Yasmin Kerikar, WECode ’25 Attendee

  • "It was such a great experience!! I met some really awesome people at the conferences, even though everything was virtual, and also through the WECode Slack! The opening keynotes were incredibly inspiring, and all the panels were super helpful in finding new resources for STEM related events and more! The panel speakers were also awesome, hearing them talk passionately about their own majors, giving advice to attendees with their college questions and more, and also helping us navigate the world of STEM!"

    — WECode ‘21 Attendee

  • "Meeting numerous women in tech and engaging in conversations with them was truly inspiring and has been instrumental in propelling me further into the tech industry. Witnessing each woman's desire to excel in her field and hearing about their amazing ideas has helped me recognize my own potential. Despite attending virtually, I was able to forge meaningful connections. Every aspect of the conference exceeded my expectations. From the panel sessions to the workshops and solo talks, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, making it a memorable tech conference experience for me.

    — Sai Bhavana Akkineni, WECode ‘24 Attendee

  • "Before attending the conference, I wasn’t very sure about whether or not computer ccience was the right field for me. However, when I met the different women, both attendees and speakers, my whole perspective changed. I was motivated and inspired by everyone around me and I am super excited for the next steps in my journey in tech now!

    — Eunice Adam, WECode ‘23 Attendee
